Title: Sesame Chicken with Broccoli
Categories: Diabetic Side Entree Vegetable
Yield: 4 Servings

1cChicken breast; skinned bonned & cut into cubes;
1cChicken seasoning;
1/2tsPaprika;
1tsGinger root; minced
2tbToasted sesame seeds;
1/2cOnion; chopped
5tbOrange juice; concentrate
1/4cWater
1lbBroccoli; coarsely chopped
1 Lemon;

Combine all ingredients except broccoli and lemon in bowl, cover and marinated for at least 30 minutes. Heat wok or skillet over medium hight heat. Stir-fry chicken mixture and broccoli for 15 minutes or until broccoli is just tender. Do not overcook. Serve with fresh lemon wedges. Food Exchange per serving: 1 LEAN-MEAT EXCHANGE + 1 VEGETABLES EXCHANGE 1 FAT EXHANGE(Sesame seeds has some oils), + 1/4 FRUIT EXCHANGE
